We require a minimum commitment of $1,000 per month, with an additional $10 per deal that can be charged to the Agent or the Brokerage upon deal completion.

How much does Loft47 cost for real estate brokerages?
Loft47 pricing is based on your agent count and includes full access to our back-office, commission, compliance, and payout automation platform. Most brokerages fall into one of our standard monthly tiers, and we scale with you as you grow—no surprise fees or hidden charges.
Cost does not increase with the number of admins/users or with the number of offices. The Loft47 fee includes logins for every member of the brokerage, including agents. Agents see only their own deals / production / payroll history etc, including self serve 1099/T4As.

Does Loft47 offer per-deal or pay-as-you-go pricing?
Yes. In addition to our licensing model, we offer an optional Per-deal processing service, where our expert team manages the administrative work on your behalf. We require a minimum monthly commitment to ensure we are able to have highly qualified staff available to manage your Brokerage's volume.

Is there a contract term required?
We earn your business every month, there are no contracts required and we only ask for 30 days notice if you'd like to terminate services. We do offer discounts for annual contracts!
